Pray at 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00PM(your specific time zone)

Step 1: Wherever you are at the designation time, pause and whisper a word of prayer

Step 2:  Fast according to the leading of the Holy Spirit

Step 3:  Pray over the suggested categories and any other requests. Access the prayer request and review the specific requests.
